Willows Foundation was established in 2017 by Gerald Baguma after realizing an increase in early school dropout cases in our community.
The main purpose of the foundation was is to support underprivileged children who drop out of school at an early age by providing them with the resources needed for them to keep in school
Young boys and girls as early as the age of six were dropping out of school because of the inability of parents to raise school fees and others because they were orphans thus no one to support their education.
When starting the foundation, we had a dream of starting up a school so as to provide education support to more underprivileged children
Something that was a dream in 2017 turned into reality in 2025 when we officially opened Willows Nursery and Primary School and we are sure that the sky is the limit.
Our Goal
The common goal of Willows foundation is to ensure equal access to quality education for children from marginalized communities, allowing them to unlock their potential and pursue opportunities that may otherwise be out of reach.
Willows foundation is focused on providing educational support to the underprivileged typically aiming to break the cycle of poverty by empowering these children with the knowledge and skills needed to improve their lives.
